Split ranges vary based on production and each Associate receives a postage and long-distance allowance that increases in proportion to their production. The plan competes very favorably with 100% alternatives, especially with the marketing, technology, and other staff services provided and paid for by the company.

For experienced agents there is also an attractive work-at-home program for agents who prefer to work from their home office.
